Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on Proceed to checkout, you will then be redirected to PayPal.com where you can pay with a PayPal account or a Credit card (You do not need to have a paypal account).

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards through PayPal enabling you to shop safely and easily without sharing your financial details to Raspberry Moon.

 

PRICES & DESCRIPTIONS

Prices, images and descriptions are current at time of print, but we reserve the right to make alterations as necessary without notice.

 

POSTAGE (UK)

Postage is £2.50 no matter how many items you purchase in a single transaction.

FREE postage for all orders over £100.

 

RETURNS

We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will happily refund any unused and un-opened items.  Please note that we are unable to refund any personalised items.

To return items for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be in original condition and in un-opened packaging.

It is advisable to ensure you enclose a covering letter with the item to avoid any delay in processing the refund.

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Postage costs are not refundable.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting for returned items as we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
